Tasting Note
Elegant, focused Cabernet: ripe blue and dark berries, black licorice, cedar and floral notes, fine chalky tannins, bright acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in small stainless-steel and concrete vats; malolactic in oak; aged ~22 months in French barriques and large 2,500L oak vats/foudres (portion new oak).
