Tasting Note
Concentrated Puente Alto Cabernet: blackcurrant, cassis, violet, cedar, tobacco and dark chocolate. Fine-grained tannins, dense mid-palate, refreshing minerality and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, precision viticulture; small-batch fermentation (stainless steel/concrete), malolactic in barrel; aged ~22 months in French oak (high % new); sustainable practices.

Created by Eduardo Chadwick on his family’s former polo field (planted 1992). 15-hectare single-vineyard in Puente Alto; ultra-premium, limited-production project from Viñedos Familia Chadwick.
