Tasting Note

Concentrated Pinot Noir with dark cherry, blackberry, floral violet notes, black tea and spice; sapid, fine-to-firm tannins, mineral backbone and a long, vertical finish.

Hand-harvested whole-bunch fermentation (vendanges entières), indigenous yeasts, cold maceration and gentle remontages; aged ~18 months in old French oak (no new barrels).
