Tasting Note
Bright red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry with violet, light spice, earthy and menthol hints; silky texture, fresh acidity, harmonious oak and fine, persistent tannins, long sapid finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, organic/biodynamic approach, indigenous yeasts, gentle maceration (whole-bunch or destemmed), 11–18 months élevage in oak (majority new/1-yr), minimal SO2, unfiltered.
