Tasting Note
Silky, medium-bodied Pinot Noir with bright red cherry and raspberry, forest-floor earth, underbrush, vanilla and mocha notes; succulent, juicy texture and a long, slightly warm finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, lamb, mushroom risotto, coq au vin, beef bourguignon. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, mushroom stir-fry, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), teriyaki chicken.

Production Method
Traditional Burgundian vinification; matured ~12 months in oak barrels (≈45% new oak reported).
