Tasting Note
Ripe orchard fruit (apple, quince), honeyed and toasted-nut notes with lemon-citrus lift; creamy, mouth-coating texture and mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, creamy mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, lobster thermidor, soft cheeses (Brie, Camembert). Asian: miso-glazed cod, soy-ginger salmon, tempura, mild Thai curries, mushroom-based Chinese stir-fries.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; vinified with oak barrel élevage (several months, some new oak) and malolactic fermentation commonly used to add creaminess.
