Tasting Note
Ripe white and yellow fruits (pear, nectarine), citrus zest, white flowers, toasted oak, buttered brioche and a stony mineral backbone. Smooth, rich mid-palate with a long saline, slightly spicy finish.

Western: roast chicken, lobster or crab, seared scallops, creamy pasta, mushroom risotto, soft cheeses. Asian: miso-glazed cod, tempura prawns, sushi (fatty fish), Cantonese roast chicken/duck, mild Thai coconut curries.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; whole-cluster pressing; barrel fermentation in French oak with partial malolactic; élevage 12–16 months, ~20–30% new oak (estimate based on regional practice).
