Tasting Note
Golden-hued Premier Cru Chardonnay with ripe stone fruit, citrus zest, toasted almond and honeyed nuances. Textured and slightly creamy on the mid-palate, backed by saline minerality, bright acidity and a long, gently oak-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: lobster, seared scallops, roast chicken, creamy pasta, mushroom risotto, soft/aged cheeses (Comté). Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, salmon sushi, soy-ginger tuna, mild Thai green curry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; gentle whole-cluster pressing; fermentation in French oak (demi-muids) with indigenous yeasts; light malolactic conversion and 12–16 months élevage in lightly toasted barrels.
