Tasting Note
Bright red and black cherry, raspberry and violet with earthy/forest floor notes, anise, pepper and subtle iron/tobacco. Medium-bodied, vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins and a saline, spicy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; partial whole-cluster; fermented in barrels/vats (reports note barrel fermentation for this cuvée), aged ~12–16 months in French oak (c.45% new), light filtration.
