Tasting Note
Concentrated cherry and black-fruit core with savory forest-floor, mushroom and spice notes. Silky, refined tannins, bright mineral lift and a long, peppery finish.

Production Method
Organic, low-intervention vinification: 100% destemmed, native fermentations, minimal sulfur only at bottling; aged ~18 months in older (used) barrels.
