Tasting Note

Fresh, medium-bodied garnacha: blackberry and ripe red fruit, black pepper, cedar and earthy/mineral notes; lively acidity, soft tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method

Single‑vineyard Garnacha; early harvest, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in large wooden vats, minimal extraction; ~9–12 months ageing in used French oak barrels and large wooden tanks.
