Tasting Note
Bright red and black fruit (raspberry, blackberry), black pepper, earth and subtle cedar; fresh acidity, soft precise tannins, medium body and a long, mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb, roast pork, charcuterie, mushroom risotto, paella. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, teriyaki chicken, Sichuan pepper beef, yakitori, grilled miso salmon.

Production Method
100% Garnacha; spontaneous fermentation in concrete and stainless steel; matured ~12 months in a 4,000L oak foudre and used 500L oak barrels.
