Tasting Note
Red-violet color; expressive aromas of cherries, violets and vanilla. Flavors of ripe plum, dark berries, cocoa and subtle spice. Elegant, vibrant, with refined yet present tannins and a long, floral-fruited finish.

Western: grilled steak, roast lamb, barbecued short ribs, aged Manchego or cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese/Sichuan spicy beef, char siu, teriyaki skewers, yakitori (grilled chicken) with tare sauce.
Production Method
Grapes sourced from Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo; small percentage whole-cluster fermentation. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels (≈37% first use). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
