Food Pairing
Grilled steak (Argentine asado), roast lamb, beef empanadas, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar or Manchego; Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki beef skewers, rich Japanese curry.

Hand-harvested grapes from Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo; fermented and matured 18 months in French oak barrels (≈37% new); bottled unfined and unfiltered.
