Tasting Note
Deep violet-black; aromas of blueberries, black tea, violets, and menthol. Palate is juicy, mineral-driven, with creamy, fine tannins and a long, spiced blueberry finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, aged Gouda, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Sichuan beef, beef rendang, Japanese yakiniku, char siu pork.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Malbec from old vines; fermented in stainless and oak, aged ~15 months in French oak (c.50% new); bottled without fining/filtration.
