Tasting Note
Deep violet; concentrated black plum, blackberry and blueberry with black licorice, white pepper, menthol and subtle graphite. Polished, velvety tannins, full body and long mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, lamb kebabs, braised short ribs, aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Sichuan spiced lamb/beef skewers, char siu pork, Peking duck.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Malbec; fermented with careful extraction, aged ~18 months in French oak (c.55% new); bottled unfined/unfiltered.
