Tasting Note

Deep ruby with black-fruit core of plum, blackberry and ripe blueberry, plus violet, cocoa and sweet spice. Broad, concentrated palate with rounded, fine tannins, balanced acidity and a long, slightly toasty finish.

Production Method

Hand‑harvested Malbec fermented in stainless tanks with selected yeasts; malolactic fermentation and 14–15 months aging in French oak (≈15% new), unfined/unfiltered.
