Tasting Note
Deep ruby with plum, cassis and black cherry, framed by graphite, cigar-box, sweet spices and roasted red pepper; juicy and balanced with precise, slightly sweet tannins, lively acidity and a long finish with sage and anise hints.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, Argentine asado, braised short ribs, aged Manchego or Gouda. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), Chinese red-braised beef, Sichuan-style beef, teriyaki beef, rich yakitori cuts.
Production Method
Fermented in stainless tanks; aged 15 months in French oak barrels (approx. 14% new). Unfined; sourced from high-altitude Mendoza vineyards.
