Tasting Note
Deep purple. Aromas of black and red berries, violets, blueberry, cocoa, graphite and subtle spices. Concentrated palate with fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins and a long mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit fermented in separate lots; aged ~18 months in French oak (≈20–23% new). Bottled unfined; blend combines barrel-aged and tank-preserved lots.
