Tasting Note

Concentrated dark berries, plum and violet with cocoa, graphite and baking-spice notes. Fresh acidity, fine-grained dusty tannins and a long mocha-tinged finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested Malbec; fermented and matured with careful temperature control; aged ~18 months in French oak barrels (≈20% new); bottled unfined.
