Tasting Note
Pale yellow with green-gold hues. Aromas of white flowers, thyme, green apple, peach and subtle tropical notes. Fresh, textured palate with creamy oak, vibrant acidity and a long mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit from high-altitude vines; fermented and aged in French oak (≈50% new) for ~12 months, partial malolactic fermentation, aged on lees and bottled unfined/unfiltered.
