Tasting Note
Perfumed rose and violet with mandarin, wild red cherry and plum, lifted by tar, licorice and mineral notes. Silky, fresh and mouth‑filling with polished yet firm tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; gentle pressing, 3–4 week fermentation with submerged-cap method; malolactic in wood; aged ~30 months in large oak casks; bottled unfined/unfiltered.
