Tasting Note
Intense ruby; explosive nose of plum, rose/violet, cedar, grapefruit and spices; full-bodied with soft, velvety tannins and a licorice-tinged finish (Brunate signature).

Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; ~3 weeks fermentation in steel with cold maceration and submerged-cap; malolactic in wood; ~30–32 months ageing in large barrels and some barriques.
