Tasting Note
Perfumed potpourri, rose and orange-peel over crushed blackcurrant, black cherry and dark chocolate; cinnamon, clove and forest-floor notes. Medium–full, ultra-fine ripe tannins, bright acidity and a long, graphite-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, aged cheddar or comté; Asian: Peking duck, Korean galbi (beef short ribs), char siu, mushroom hot pot or soy‑glazed beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested micro‑cru lots fermented separately, aged ~16–20 months in French oak barrels of varied toasts, then blended and bottled.
