Tasting Note
Opulent Bordeaux-style trio: concentrated black and red fruits, violets, graphite and baking spices; bright acidity, refined powdery tannins, mineral undercurrent and an exceptionally long, perfumed finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast ribeye, herb-crusted lamb, mushroom risotto, braised short ribs, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, miso-glazed eggplant, shiitake mushroom hot pot, spicy Szechuan beef.

Production Method
Small-lot fermentations from >50 micro‑crus; lots vinified separately and aged ~16 months in French oak (high % new), then blended and bottled with minimal filtration.
