Tasting Note
Three Bordeaux-style cuvées: La Muse (100% Merlot) shows black raspberry, dark chocolate and espresso; La Joie (Cabernet Sauvignon-led) offers cassis, graphite and cedar; Le Désir (Cabernet Franc-led) has kirsch, violets and forest floor. Elegant, fresh, long finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roasted lamb, ribeye, venison, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Cantonese roast pork/char siu, Szechuan beef, grilled miso dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, careful sorting, small-batch fermentations and élevage in French oak (significant portion new). Wines blended into classic Bordeaux-style cuvées and aged before release.
