Tasting Note
Three Bordeaux‑style Sonoma reds: La Muse is plush merlot-driven black fruit with stony minerality; La Joie is powerful, cassis- and spice-driven Cabernet; Le Désir is floral, iron-mineral Cabernet Franc with vivid freshness.
Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef Wellington, braised short ribs, aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/Galbi), Peking duck, char siu pork, miso-glazed eggplant.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, small-lot fermentations; traditional Bordeaux-style blending; aged ~15–16 months in predominantly new French oak (c.90%).
Vineyard Info
Vérité, founded 1998 by winemaker Pierre Seillan with the Jackson family, crafts three flagship Bordeaux-style wines from select Sonoma micro-crus using a micro‑cru philosophy and low-yield farming.
