Fresh citrus and white flowers (jasmine, verbena), green apple and stone fruit, with saline minerality and subtle oak influence; medium-bodied with bright acidity and a long, precise finish.

Production Method
Blend of first-press/free-run and selected press fractions from Vergisson and Fuissé; fermented in used oak and stainless steel with partial malolactic fermentation and ~6 months élevage with minimal bâtonnage.

Maison Verget (founded by Jean‑Marie Guffens) sources parcels across Vergisson and Fuissé; Terres de Pierres is a stony‑soiled cuvée drawing from sites such as Les Croux, Les Moulins and Les Littes. Verget is a respected Mâconnais négociant/producer.
