Bright citrus and orchard fruit with white‑flower, beeswax and pastry notes; saline minerality, toasted almond and subtle oak butter. Medium‑to‑full, satiny texture, racy acidity and a long, mineral finish.
Food Pairing

Production Method
Whole‑cluster pressing; fermentation in oak (typically 15–20% new), malolactic fermentation and 8–10 months élevage on fine lees with regular bâtonnage.
