Tasting Note
Creamy, stone-fruit and yellow-flower aromas with toasted oak, almond and citrus; chalky mineral and saline finish, bright acidity and medium-plus body.

Western: grilled fish, scallops, shrimp, roast chicken, creamy pasta, soft cheeses; Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, grilled miso cod, mild Thai or Vietnamese dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; first-press juices fermented and aged ~7–8 months mostly in used/old oak with some stainless/concrete, on fine lees with bâtonnage.

Produced by Maison Verget (Jean‑Marie Guffens projects) sourcing fruit from Château des Tourettes’ high-altitude Plateau de l'Aigle limestone sites in the Luberon. Estate revitalised and vinified in Burgundian style.
