Tasting Note
Dark plum and blackcurrant core with cedar, tobacco, coffee and spice. Medium-full-bodied, savoury oak, firm ripe tannins and a lingering peppery finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled/roast beef, lamb, steak au poivre, tomato-based pasta, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean bulgogi or BBQ beef, char siu, Sichuan beef, beef teriyaki, rich Cantonese roast meats.

Production Method
Estate-grown grapes; fermented with temperature control, matured 15-18 months in French oak barrels (approx. 20% new); blended and bottle-aged before release.
