Tasting Note
Perfumed blackcurrant, mulberry, violet and cedar with seaweed minerality. Medium–full body, silky powdery tannins, dark chocolate, bay leaf and a chalky mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested; wild‑yeast, whole‑berry fermentations; matured ~16 months in French oak barriques (majority new).
