Tasting Note
Flinty, saline Chardonnay with lemon, pink grapefruit and white peach; toasted hazelnut, leesy cream and subtle struck-match minerality. Bright, nervy acidity, phenolic grip and a long, precise finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested fruit; barrel-fermented on indigenous yeasts; matured ~9 months in French oak barriques (61% new); full malolactic conversion and lees ageing before bottling.
