Tasting Note
Dense blackcurrant, blackberry and mulberry with cedar, tobacco, bay leaf and dark chocolate. Medium–full-bodied with fine powdery tannins, bright acidity and a long savory finish showing eucalyptus and spice.

Production Method
Cabernet-dominant parcels hand-harvested, barrel selection; matured ~18 months in French oak (c.61% new). Blended with Petit Verdot and Malbec; traditional fermentations and extended élevage to refine tannins.
