Tasting Note
Bright citrus and white peach with jasmine, chamomile and flinty/vanilla oak notes. Creamy mid-palate, saline minerality and focused acidity, finishing with citrus zest and ginger spice.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken with herb butter, butter-poached lobster, creamy mushroom pasta, seared scallops. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, sushi/sashimi, mild Thai green curry, Vietnamese spring rolls.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested fruit; parcel-fermented and matured in French oak barriques (partial new oak), malo‑lactic conversion and lees ageing for several months before blending and bottling.

Vasse Felix, founded 1967 in Wilyabrup, Margaret River, is a founding estate of the region. Estate vineyards (Home, Karridale, Carbunup) supply fruit; Virginia Willcock leads winemaking.
