Mid-weight, focused blackcurrant and mulberry with cedar, tobacco, eucalyptus and forest-floor notes; fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity and a long, savoury finish. (max 50 words)

Production Method
Small-batch wild fermentations, extended maceration (up to ~30 days), basket-pressing and maturation in French oak barriques (c.12–18 months).
