Tasting Note
Fresh citrus and white stone-fruit with a buttery, leesy texture, herbal and mineral undertones, light toast from oak, complex and long with bright acidity and a saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested single-vineyard field blend; first press decanted, fermented in 225/500L French oak (new and one-year) at cool temperatures, aged ~8–9 months with bâtonnage; best barrels selected and blended.
