Tasting Note
Dry, mahogany amber; aromas of toasted hazelnut, walnut, caramel, varnish and sea-salt. Savory, chalky palate with roasted citrus peel and long saline finish.

Production Method
100% Palomino Fino from Macharnudo Alto. Made via Solera y Criaderas: extended biological ageing under flor (c.8–10 years) followed by oxidative ageing; fortified to c.18% ABV.

Valdespino is a historic Jerez bodega (Macharnudo Alto estate). Centuries-old family house, now part of Grupo Estévez, famed for traditional sherry production and solera ageing.
