Ripe cherry, kirsch, mulberry and cassis with cigar-box, light smoke and vanilla; medium-bodied, precise and elegant fruit, integrated oak and supple, fine-grained tannins.

Roast lamb, grilled ribeye, duck confit, aged hard cheeses; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, beef bulgogi, Korean BBQ, umami mushroom stir‑fries.


Production Method

Hand-harvested; destemmed and temperature-controlled fermentation; malolactic completed; aged in French oak barrels (high % new) for ~18–22 months.
