Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry and blackcurrant with cedar, spice and tobacco notes. Velvety, ripe tannins, balanced acidity and minerally earthiness; long, precise finish with lingering black fruit and cedar spice.

Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless/concrete with careful extraction; matured ~18–24 months in new French oak barrels.
