Tasting Note

Concentrated black cherry and blackcurrant with cedar, spice and tobacco notes. Velvety, ripe tannins, balanced acidity and minerally earthiness; long, precise finish with lingering black fruit and cedar spice.


Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, rib‑eye, beef bourguignon, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (BBQ pork), Korean BBQ (bulgogi), miso‑glazed aubergine, rich mushroom hotpots.


Production Method

Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless/concrete with careful extraction; matured ~18–24 months in new French oak barrels.
