Tasting Note
Pale ruby; floral and red-berry core of wild raspberry, sour cherry and pomegranate, violet and spice notes, pronounced flinty minerality, bright acidity and fine silky tannins with a fresh, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, certified biodynamic farming; natural/indigenous yeast fermentation with gentle maceration; aged in foudres and older French oak, bottled unfined/unfiltered.
