Tasting Note
Citrus-crystalline with expressive floral and mineral notes, sea-spray and stone-fruit (apricot, peach). Fresh, precise palate, saline minerality, lively acidity, medium body and a very long, complex finish with a subtle gunpowder/saline note.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, grilled fish, shellfish, roast chicken, goat/soft cheeses; Asian: sushi/sashimi, ceviche, tempura prawns, miso-glazed fish, Vietnamese/Thai seafood dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, gentle pressing; part-fermented in stainless steel and part in used French oak with indigenous yeasts; married and aged in an old cement vat (low-intervention).

Artisanal project led by Carlos Raposo (Vinhos Imperfeitos), launched 2018. Small-production, old-vine parcels in Dão plus selected Vinho Verde sites; focus on terroir and minimal intervention.
