Tasting Note
Fine persistent mousse with green apple, pear and citrus; aromas of brioche, toasted almond and vanilla; palate shows lemon, white stone fruit, light honey and minerality with a clean, slightly toasty finish.

Production Method
Traditional method (méthode champenoise); blend from 50–60 crus with ~25–45% reserve wines; aged on lees about 36 months; disgorged and finished with a brut dosage (~9–12 g/L).
