Tasting Note
Coppery-pink colour; expressive red-fruit aromas (strawberry, raspberry, cherry) with brioche, almond and pastry notes. Full-bodied, vinous palate with fresh acidity and a long, structured finish.

Production Method
Traditional method (méthode champenoise). Rosé d'assemblage: base cuvée blended with ~12% still red wine; high proportion of reserve wines; aged in chalk cellars (Crayères), ~3 years minimum.
