Tasting Note
Dense black-plum and cassis core with truffle, iron/graphite, dark chocolate and violets; powerful, concentrated and backward in youth with firm, ripe tannins and long mineral finish.

Production Method
Fermented in small concrete vats with meticulous sorting; matured ~18 months in about 50% new oak. Rigorous vineyard work and manual harvests yield concentrated fruit.
