Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry, plum and blueberry with truffle, graphite, violet and warm spice notes. Chalky minerality, firm velvety tannins, bright freshness and a long saline, savory finish.

Western: roast lamb, ribeye, duck confit, braised short ribs, aged cheeses (Comté, Manchego). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, soy-braised beef, mushroom and black bean stir-fries.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled tanks with controlled extraction; aged 12–18 months in ~60% new French oak barrels; modern vinification overseen by estate team/consultants.

Estate on the Mondot hill in Saint-Émilion; Premier Grand Cru Classé B. Historic estate (origins 18th century), long managed by the Valette/Pariente family; sold to SCOR in 2017.
