Tasting Note
Dense blackberry and blueberry fruit, cassis, dark chocolate and espresso with graphite/mineral notes; toasted vanilla and spice from oak. Full-bodied with ripe, rounded tannins and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled vats with some cold maceration; malolactic fermentation and aged 16–20 months in ~60–75% new French oak.
