Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry, blackberry and violet aromas with cracked black pepper, smoked-meat and stony minerality. Fine chalky tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, savory finish.

Hand‑harvested Gimblett Gravels parcels; partial whole‑bunch fermentation with Viognier skins; gentle plunging/pump‑overs (16–35 days on skins); aged 12–15 months in French oak barriques and large ovals; minimal filtration.

Trinity Hill, founded in 1993, is a Gimblett Gravels pioneer. Chief winemaker Warren Gibson (since 1997) crafts the flagship Homage Syrah (first released 2002) from estate parcels in Hawke's Bay.
