Perfumed black and blue fruits with cracked white pepper, lavender and graphite; savory, smoky undertones, velvety tannins and a long, spicy finish. Elegant yet concentrated.

Production Method
Hand-harvested parcels; ~30% whole-bunch fermentation with some Viognier skins; pumped-over/plunged; matured in predominantly new French oak barriques and large ovals; minimal fining and light filtration.
