Perfumed black fruit (raspberry, blackberry), black pepper, five-spice and liquorice; savoury/meaty notes, silky ripe tannins, bright acidity and a long spicy finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested, de‑stemmed and fermented separately; small Viognier skins included for aromatics; matured 12–16 months in 5,400L French oak ovals; blended Dec 2021, bottled Feb 2022.
